This policy explains what personal data Transition Insight Partners Ltd (registered in Scotland, company number SC894549, registered office 39 Stephens Croft, Falkirk, FK2 7GU; "we", "us") handles for this website, for email you send us, and for the StageForge Planner app. We are the data controller for each of these. StageForge Planner app

StageForge Planner is a project planning app for Windows from Transition Insight Partners Ltd. It runs entirely on your own PC. It makes no internet connections, has no account or sign-in, and contains no analytics, advertising or AI. We receive nothing from it.

What you type into it (project and task details, and names you enter, such as task owners, approvers and the person recording evidence) is saved on your PC inside the app, and also in a folder you choose if you choose one. Evidence files you attach are copied into that folder. If that folder is synced by OneDrive or SharePoint, your organisation's own settings for that service apply; the app does not send anything there itself.

When you use a review email or an enquiry link, the app opens a draft in your own mail program. Nothing from your plan is put in the email, and nothing is sent unless you send it yourself. If you do send it, the section on email you send us applies.

Uninstalling the app removes the plans saved inside it. Files in a folder you chose stay there until you delete them.

If you get the app from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles your Store account, download and any reviews you leave under its own privacy statement. We do not receive personal data about you from that.

This website

This site is a small set of static pages. There are no forms or sign-ups, no cookies set by us, and no analytics or advertising scripts. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives the information your browser sends to reach any website (such as your IP address and browser type) and may keep it in its logs to run and protect the service.

Email you send us

If you email us, including through a link on this site or in the app, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message and any attachments. Mail to our addresses passes through Cloudflare's email routing on its way to our mailbox.

We use it only to reply and to provide what you asked for, for example a document review or a drafted document. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, or taking steps you asked for before or under a contract with you. We keep emails for as long as we need them for that, and for our business records. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

StageForge Health

StageForge Health is a separate product with its own privacy policy at pmopassport.co.uk/privacy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy
• correct it if it is wrong
• delete it, or stop or limit how we use it
• object to how we use it

Email support@transitioninsightpartners.uk. For data held only inside StageForge Planner or in a folder you chose, you can view, change or delete it yourself; we never have a copy.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
